A production line has been developed specifically for heavy long steel plates, particularly ultra-thin sheets like tinplate that require high precision and delicate handling. The entire process, from material feeding to product piling, is centrally controlled by a computer, including a drum shear dedicated to square cuts and a flying shear for scroll cuts. Operation is simplified with easy button controls, significantly improving productivity and safety in the workplace. ■ Features - We manufacture dedicated lines for ultra-thin sheets, such as tinplate, that require high precision and delicate handling. (Example specifications: sheet thickness 0.14 to 0.6 mm) - The flying shear line for scroll cuts can achieve speeds of up to 120 MPM. - The straight drum shear line can reach speeds of up to 180 MPM, with various options available to meet user needs.
